(Source: US Marshals Service - Northern District of California) Oakland, CA - U.S. Marshal Don O'Keefe is announcing the arrest today of Marquise Holloway, 21, who was wanted for murder by the Oakland Police Department. Holloway was wanted by the Oakland Police Department following a homicide which occurred on September 29, 2015. The victim, 27 year old Oakland artist Antonio Ramos, was gunned down in West Oakland while painting a mural under an overpass of Highway 580.
