San Diego San Diego police homicide investigators and U.S. marshals executed a search warrant Thursday and arrested two suspects in a fatal shooting in June in Egger Highlands. The warrant was served about 1 p.m. at a residence on Kostner Drive in Otay Mesa, homicide Lt. Paul Rorrison said. Cesar Lopez, 23, and Karla Olmos, 22, were taken into custody.
