(Source: US Marshals Service - Western District of Texas) - Jeffrey Mendez, 29, and Shawn Smith, 32 were arrested yesterday evening by members of the United States Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force (LSFTF) and the San Antonio Police Department's Repeat Offender Program (ROP) Unit in San Antonio, TX.
